• Summer roll: rice paper, rice vermicelli, roast pork (marinade: fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, lemon grass sauce, sugar, chinese wine, vegetable oil), shrimp, scallion, basil, cilantro, sauce (hoisin sauce, miso, lemon grasss sauce)
• Roasted/sauteed pork with rice and salad: jasmine rice, roasted and then sauteed pork (with the same marinade as above), side salad (lettuce, cucumber, carrot), spring roll sauce
• Seafood fried noodle: egg noodle, shrimp, squid, chinese vegetable, bamboo shoots, shiitake extract, broth, soy sauce, suger, scallion, garlic, ginger, lemon grass sauce, chinese wine, vegetable oil, cilantro
